Starfront Observatories in Rockwood, Texas.  It is in a very dark (Bortle 1) location.  The roofs roll open during clear nights and close during the day or during bad weather.  I sent one of my telescopes there in August of 2024.  It was connected and ready for use by mid September.  It allows me easy access and many clear nights to image the night sky.  My telescope is controlled remotely from home.
